Common washing machine problems
- Washer will not fill: check that both water taps are fully open and inlet hoses are not kinked.
- Washer will not drain: clean the drain pump filter and check the drain hose for clogs or kinks.
- Excessive vibration or UE/UB codes: redistribute the load and make sure the washer is level.
- Code returns after reset: note the exact code and open its guide below — do not keep restarting the cycle.
